Gower Heritage Centre
The Gower Heritage Centre, set in the heart of the Gower Peninsula in South West Wales. The Centre is a visitor attraction and rural life museum based around a working 12th century water-mill. We have craft shops, craft activities, old fashioned games arcade, sandpit area, adventure playground, soft play area, tractor play area, an animal farm and we are home to La Charrette Wales’ smallest cinema. We have a full calendar of events with fun and activities for all the family. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Gower Heritage Centre produces its own Cider and apple juice on site with a traditional apple press and runs two cheese and cider festivals a year. The Centre also regularly hosts events featuring local food and drink producers.
The 21st century mill water wheel is still functional today and is used to grind flour that is sold on site and used for bread making workshops run by the centre.
