Cae Tan is a Community Supported Agriculture Project (CSA) based on The Gower Peninsula in South Wales.
My background comes from a family bakery business – making and selling the best bread in Swansea, the best Welsh Cakes, Carrot Cakes and my own Grandma’s recipe a delicious Bread Pudding. Brought up on great tastes and fabulous good food.
Inspired by the love of great beer and the lack of a brewery on the Gower Peninsula – the UK’s first area of outstanding natural beauty – the Gower Brewery was born. Established in 2011, we are one of the fastest growing breweries in Wales.
The unique environment where the sheep graze gives the meat its distinctive and very special flavour that is so sought after by connoisseurs of fine meat, and is applauded by top chefs and restaurateurs alike. This award winning Welsh Lamb is of the highest quality.
Little Valley Bakery is a small and passionate artisan bakery. We bake quality breads and treats using traditional methods from our bakery in the heart of Gower.
I decided to start-up the Gluten-Free Baking Company Ltd, so that you too can treat yourself and enjoy a delicious, organic cake of a high quality
The Gower Gin Company is based in Port Eynon on Gower. We have an absolute passion for gin and are constantly developing new recipes based on the botanicals found on Gower.
